Mix together the ingredients, adding just enough water to make a thickish spoonable batter.

Heat an ebleskiver pan. When ready, spoon some batter into the wells, add a bit of jam, and drop more batter on it. Or make them plain to start, like I did. Cook on one side, then flip carefully with a skewer. Dust with powdered sugar, and split and fill with jam afterwards when you realize how good it will make them taste.
