		<description>Hey - gluten free, that&#039;s the way to go.  I saw this last week and tried it yesterday, very nice.  The best bit is that the results are moist, often gluten free cake recepies are dry and this is one of the best I have tasted,  thanks.

PS - a slice tastes better on day 2 if you keep it in an airtight container.</description>
